During your session Caroline will guide you through an experience of different scents while deeply relaxed based on an initial consultation that defines the starting point and sets the intention of your session.
Your session begins with a personalised consultation. If you choose an online experience, you will receive a kit of 16 carefully selected scents chosen for their olfactory and emotional profiles in advance of your appointment.

Create a bespoke, natural support fragrance made exclusively with pure essential oils. These personalised blends are designed to meet a precise emotional or mental need: perhaps enhancing self-confidence before an important meeting or public speaking engagement, restoring motivation and inspiration for a project, or sustaining joy through challenging moments.
Your session begins with a personalised consultation. If you choose an online experience, you will receive a kit of 21 carefully selected scents chosen for their olfactory and emotional profiles in advance of your appointment. During the session, we explore your current emotions, needs, and challenges. You’ll be guided to intuitively connect with the essential oils that resonate most deeply with you.
Based on your responses and sensitivities, Caroline will create your bespoke blend, harmonising each note to reflect and support your inner state – in the form of an inhaler or ritual oil.
